Placing value on the underwater environment of the Cono Sur area seafront, turning it into a reference point for the revitalisation of tourism in the area to boost the sustainable and integrated development of the neighbourhoods.

This project also harnesses the qualities of biodiversity and the marine environment through the revamping of the area for public enjoyment and dissemination, exhibition and didactic efforts.
