Line 14: Improving and developing social infrastructure in the Cono Sur area
Acquisition, refurbishment and opening of the C.E.I.P. Almirante Gutiérrez Rubalcava infant and primary school for the social development of the Cono Sur area.
This project will acquire, refurbish and revamp this municipal building and its outdoor spaces to house the family and children’s team (Equipo de Familia e Infancia) of the Vegueta-Cono Sur-Tafira district.
The building has a surface area of around 2,200 m2, all on one floor in the shape of a ‘U’. This layout creates a space of approximately 2,400 m2, which is used as a parking area, and some (minimal) pavement area.
